Yellow Violet Comfort

16.00

Limited print. 5 x 5 matted photograph, numbered signed by Erika Galentin. Acid free matting. Also comes with the following description:

The sweet, little flowers of downy yellow violet (Viola pubescens) are a stark contrast in both stature and color to the huge trees that are surrounding it. I just love seeing this species come into bloom in early spring, a heralder of other woodland wildflowers such as the hepaticas. It also means the ramps are up! Comforting to see this familiar ‘face’ with its delightful heart shaped leaves, promising a delightful upcoming wildflower season.
